tmZ is located in Mercazaragoza’s Logistic Activity Zone, close to strategic points such as Cogullada and Malpica industrial estates, the airport or the City of Transportation.
In addition to its rail link, it has a direct link with Vascoaragonesa highway, the Madrid-Zaragoza freeway and Zaragoza-Barcelona highway and therefore, with the roads that link Zaragoza to the rest of the peninsula.

Thanks to its strategic position, its influence far exceeds the limits of Aragón, reaching La Rioja, Navarra and bordering areas of other Communities.
